Escargot (snails cooked in mushroom cream sauce)

Mains:
Vegetarian Cassoulet
Sausage & Lentils
Chicken in Reisling (summer version of Coq au Vin)

Dessert:
Chocolate Mousse
Lemon Tart

Drinks:
Alsatian Reisling
Cotes du Rhone
Cosmos (don’t ask)
