V-day whaddaya have?

Hudson Valley foie fras, seared, served over challah toast and sautéed apples. Chive and pecan garnish.

Leek and mushroom soup.

Lamb chops sautéed with herb blend over crispy roasted garlic polenta. Garnished with mushrooms and veal Demi.

Cherry pecan bread pudding, Frangelico cream.

Lots of wine.

    she crab soup
    appalachicola and blue point oysters
    crab cake with sauce ravigot
    seared scallops over shrimp and potato sauce with the same sauce ravigot
    fried whole trout stuffed with crab meat with a side of duck fat roasted potatoes
    apple crisp

    Menu has changed because they moved to bbq joint and stripped it down considerably.
