Unfortunately, it appears that i’ve waited too long for that trip to Spain, so i’ll never get to experience food from the Godfather of molecular gastronomy. El Bulli is closing its doors at the end of July with a 48 course menu.

 So if i can’t eat there, maybe i’ll drown my sorrows by making Batalli’s Mac-n-cheese for Lenten friday, and maybe invite Gwyneth over (brown chicken brown cow).
