easy peazy, err pizza in the form of puff pastry tarts


If you aren’t as crazy about making your own pizza and want something quick, try this:

Take puff pastry, unroll or unfold, and score a partial thickness cut to leave about 1/2 to 3/4 inch border. Put your toppings within the rim, put a little egg wash around the rim, and bake on 350 until browned and puffy. This tart was made with green onions, sauteed mushrooms, bacon, and gruyere cheese with ricotta spread on the bottom to make it a bit more watertight. Use fewer toppings rather than more.

Seriously, if this guy can make it, you can!
