Pickled Whatever

Taking a cue from the Lee Brothers, i decided to pickled a few random items i had lately picked from the diminishing backyard garden. A few green tomatoes (cause the squirrels eat them when they are almost ripe), one jalepeno (cause that’s all the sorry plant could muster), some mint (cause it’s taking over the world and my garden), and some small Texas onions (again with the squirrels. Someone else will have to taste it because i don’t like raw onions or raw tomatoes. It smells real nice tho.
