Here is your food porn for the week. My knock off from Casa Mono, NYC. Was a Valentine present for Jennifer and ’twas devine. The cinco cebollas were braised leeks (center), roasted cipollinis, caramelized Vidalia’s, charred scallions, and pickled pearl onions. The higados is,seared foie gras…the sauce, a quince, XO sherry reduction.
That’s a damn site from cafeteria style liver and onions!
